please create a NYT API key for Smart Chicago

We'll need a New York Times Developer Network API key for SSC. We will use this to fetch article headlines, which we can link on the CWFY detail pages.

(I've been using my personal account for testing, but it's best if we use a CCT/SSC e-mail addy for the production key. We could use an individual's e-mail for this, but best if it's tied to some generic CWFY address.)

Steps:

• login to the NYT website (create a new, free account, if necessary): https://myaccount.nytimes.com/auth/login?URI=http://developer.nytimes.com/login/external
• request an API key: http://developer.nytimes.com/apps/register
• Name of your application: Chicago Works for You
• checkbox: Issue a new key for Article Search API
• send me the key

(@danxoneil : I know we said that the news headlines would be a second-round feature, as they'd require a fair amount of human input to determine which would be suitable to show on the site ... but, if possible, we could still start data collection now and sort/sift later.)
