Make all mizer functions work with mizerMR

Here is a list of mizer functions that do not currently work correctly when used with multiple resources:

• addSpecies(),
• removeSpecies()
• renameSpecies()
• summary()
• plot()

There is also getDiet() and plotDiet() but those are discussed in #3.
