ZTNET sign in page

I've been accessing it without an email login. Today, an email login prompt appeared. I never created one in ZTNET, just a local login account. How do I login to access all the ZT networks? Thanks.

Login attempt with known admin email address and password. There's only one since I'm the only one that manages it. No error message appear but I'm stuck at the ZTNET login page. The usual networks page don't show up.

I was able to restore an older VM in my Proxmox setup and got the old setup back. Almost had a heart attack not being able to access it. How can I prevent this from happening again, being locked out?

What do you mean by "I've been accessing it without an email login" and "just a local login account." ?
Can you provide more context, configuration and so on.

My usual login URL is 192.68.1.20:3000/network and it just logs me in. Whatever changed lately, when I go to the same URL, it automatically changed to 192.168.1.20:3000/auth/login page even though I specify the /network URL and it's prompting for the login.

Zt controller vm is running 1.14 while the ztnet is running 1.16.

Well, it's now doing it again on my mobile device. I was able to get in last night via the /network URL.

Update... oddly, I'm able to login using my email and password that I had setup when I first configured ztnet. I didn't make any user login changes.
