Yes, and this is very unclear how to even buy self hosted controller, maybe only in Enterprise plan? But there is little hope in this comment: zerotier/ZeroTierOne#2507 (comment) old code will change to Apache license after January 1, 2026 - i wish it will be forked... Why? ZeroTier is not very communicative, licensing terms are unclear, and it seems they even closed their forums.

I hope there is no "forced-auto-update" function hidden inside windows client EXE?
