What about merge my version into this repository and then I will do all needs to release it?

Before publishing, I suggest the following:

1. You branched from master a while ago, is there any code that you would want to merge in first?
2. Let's put the default to $basedir/web-app/gwt (instead of js/gwt). That way externally it is identical

Afterwards, we'd have to get all of the docs updated. Important is the say which version of the plugin are more appropriate with grails versions etc (1.0.3 for grails < 2.3) etc. This would go likely in the readme, and grails website.

@donbeave I am not up-to-date with the most recent changes. What kind of documentation do we need, exactly?
