KeyBase integration

[KeyBase](https://keybase.io/) is one of the best ways to obtain and verify public keys without existing trust. We should make it easy to extend trust to identities from keybase profiles.

This should be implemented as a plugin.

- [ ] Corroborate identities with KeyBase profiles
- [ ] Easily upload repo to KeyBase hosting?
