Boost the value of the initial commit

Adams initial commit sfosc/sfosc@553b130

Is essentially the entire book already written.
Obviously this is a lot of work and seems like a good case for Sourcecreds capability to manually increase the value of this commit over others.

Currently I'm unsure how to choose a good value though.
