Chatterbox TTS is Open AI Compatible, but has no API key

It would be great to bypass the API Key requirement and test this in HA for local tts.

API key is now optional for custom endpoints. Available in beta v3.6b2.

Integration is now in HACS default. To update:

1. In HACS, click the 3-dot menu on OpenAI TTS → "Update information"
2. Redownload and select the latest beta version
