pip doesn't update site-packages incl LFPAnalysis if same version number

changes to LFPAnalysis scripts do not get updated with pip install --upgrade call if package has the same number, e.g., LFPAnalysis stays 1.0.0. one workaround is to add --force-reinstall flag when updating the package
