Can't create Samples with Template specifying a Sample Type

Steps to reproduce

Create Samples following the guide detailed here.

Current behavior

Creating Samples requires SampleType to be specified even when a Template has been provided. Note:Template has provision for specifying the Sample Type.

Expected behavior

• SampleType should not be required given Template has been specified.
• If SampleType has been specified, then it should override the Sample Type specified by the Template.
