Make ElfLoader object usage the default build #176

This is a follow-up from #175 by
@kent-mcleod. Make the ElfLoader object usage the default build process and provide an option to use the old way as fall-back for users running into issues with that. That gets the new way, which is more flexible, a proper (implicit) test coverage them also.
