Scrolling in "Create new lobby" is kinda tedious

The scrolling only works when hitting the background. Can we differentiate on the components between klicked and dragged and simply forward the event to the scrollpane if it's dragging?

I am thinking about a different layout without scrolling at all.

Not final, but I changed it to have pages instead. They're animated though. :D
