'Search by tags' isn't fully implemented #2
Description
A basic "Search by tags" functionality exists but the feature set is lacking and there are several issues with the current implementation.
- When adding a tag to a note, we should display the previously created tags, for easier selection.
- The Tag selector dropdown, when searching/filtering by tags, could use some work. Sometimes the 'active' tag is lost -- pressing up and down does not change which tag is selected.
- Searching by tag is shoddy... Initial implementation was done very half assed.
