Stream works, but no button neither footer info

I have installed a ESP32-Cam (4 MB Flash) since a week and in the beginning the Web GUI worked, but now the Camera Button shows "Camera" and not anymore "OV2640". No button is working apart from the 'OTA Upload'.
But the pure stream works, with:
http://192.168.0.175/sustain?stream=0
I can see the correct and working stream without any buttons.

I added an own button in MJPEG2SD.htm after the 'Start Stream' Button, to show only the stream in a new window, this Button works too.

All footer infos are empty.
I have the same code in another ESP32-Cam with the same hardware, and there is no issue with buttons.

Any idea what this could be?
Do I need to flash it from scratch again?
The camera is mounted outside, so I hope I can reset it somehow without screwing it off.

use browser inspector to see the bug in your modified MJPEG2SD.htm file

In the end, I did a complete reset and it worked again. I guess my config file was somehow corrupt. I had folders with weird names on my sdcard.
So I formatted the sdcard and made all new and it works again.
With my changed MJPEG2SD.htm, so it was not a bug in that :)
