Change the website online - edit content of /data/MJPEG2SD.htm

Hallo
is there an online way to edit the file /data/MJPEG2SD.htm?
I want to make the stream directly starting in full screen, and to hide all stuff beside the streaming window in normal view, only one small button to show all the other buttons (toggle them). I need the camera mainly to view it in my phone and its not optimized for small screens.
Also I fixed the camera already and the fixing (outside) is not that fast undone.
So anyway, if I take the ESP32-Cam out, I am sure, that after putting it back I have some new ideas or something is not as I want, so online editing would be best.
Possible?

Put copy of html on phone, edit it, upload to cam using ota
