Unable to clean up stack

FYI This project appears to be affected by this issue. User is unable to clean up replicated lambda functions. The affected templates is cloudfront-edge-s3-bucket-password-protected.

@gabeduke thanks for the hint. Do you think we can do anything on this side, or are we doomed to wait until AWS fixes this issue?

@s0enke I'm pretty sure we're out of luck until AWS fixes this on their end. Not a big deal for me, I just wanted to let you know.
