Minimizer filtering

Is it possible to add filtering in the canonical minimizers? Like, keeping only the minimizers that have counts between X and Y.

I think that's outside the scope of this library. All operations so far are streaming and do not use memory apart from collecting the minimizer positions into a Vec.

You could easily implement this yourself by using a hashmap and the iter_canonical_minimizer_values function.

If there is enough standard functionality that one would want based on this crate, perhaps there is a need/use for something like a simd-minimizer-ext crate?

The default hashmap variant seems kind of too simple to extract into library function though? But if there are more efficient but more complex implementations based on bloom filters or so, yeah then sure I would be happy to make a library for it :)
