Missing format version 49 - 53

Hi! Looks like format versions 49 and 50 were skipped but 51 presents a breaking change where fragments like {"name":"Error","args":null can appear (previously args was not optional).

As far as I can tell, this repo is still on v48. The master version in rust-lang/rust is up to 51, and looking at the relevant blame:

• v51 was rustdoc_json: improve handling of generic args rust#142502
• v50 was Rework #[cold] attribute parser rust#142491
• v49 was rewrite optimize attribute to use new attribute parsing infrastructure rust#138291

You are right about v51's breaking change. This was intentional. The JSON format is unstable and breaking changes are represented by incrementing the version number. As far as I know this is business as usual, though @aDotInTheVoid can correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes indeed, it is business as usual. This issue is about the need to cut v51 of this crate.

Yeah, the issue is that I need to go and cut releases for all these versions. I was away from GitHub over the weekend.
