Option to use Azure Managed Service Identity for credentials

Azure has an optional method of auth to access resources to called [Managed Service Identity (MSI)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/managed-identities-azure-resources/).

Being able to optionally utilize this instead of maintaining access tokens would ease maintenance within Rundeck.
