Hello,

In #21, it was reported that the ssh-exec.sh script was trying to expand an undefined variable. This has been fixed in #28, but only for ssh-exec.sh, not for ssh-copy.sh which suffers from the same problem.

Could you apply the same patch to this file (as seen in 1f26cc8)?

same problem, too bad to modify the plugin every time we restart or upgrade, is there another solution ?
