Filter on active subscriptions on web UI

Some of these subscriptions are INACTIVE.

@MytsV the DTO from the list-subscriptions-endpoint already contains the state. Could you expose state and account in the AGGrid table?

@MytsV pointed out that the current implementation of the page relies on the list-subscriptions-rule-states endpoint. To include additional information such as the subscription state or account, it would require making a separate request to the Rucio server for each item in the list of subscriptions—leading to performance concerns.

To address this, @bari12 proposed updating the core list_subscriptions_rule_states method in Rucio to include the subscription state directly in its response. This can be easily achieved by adding subscription.state to the return statement here:

As a result, this WebUI issue is currently blocked by the necessary update on the Rucio side. See rucio/rucio#7834
