update username/password via command/api

It should be able to update the username and password of a given session via command/api to be applied by next reconnect.

Fixed in dev branch to be included in next release:

Command: session-update
Update session configuration. Multiple values can be changed in a single command.

Arguments:
session-id Mandatory
username update username
password update password
agent-remote-id update agent-remote-id
agent-circuit-id update agent-circuit-id
ipv6-link-local update IPv6 link-local address

CLI Example:

$ bngblaster-cli run.sock session-update session-id 1 agent-circuit-id DEU.NEW.123 username testuser123
