feat(TS): Use empty vector for input value (when `multiple=TRUE`)

Will need an update to handle the value within bslib and within py-shiny. 

Proposal of input handling:
* When multiple  is true, set the input to "empty list"
    * R: `character(0)`
    * python: `()`
