[Both] BadgeView.IsVisible does not affect visibility of Badge - badge appears regardless

Describe the bug
When a badge is added to a tab, it appears regardless of BadgeView.IsVisible

To Reproduce
I have a simple badge on my tabs, and setting <sho:MaterialUnderlinedTabItem.Badge><sho:BadgeView IsVisible="False" ... doesn't hide the badge

mmh there should be a little mess with the visibility of badge regarding text value, for now as a workaround you can:

Property	Description	Default
Text	Sets the text for the badge text.If it's an integer, the badge will be hidden if the value is 0.	string.Empty

I used Opacity with a boolean converter
