How to interact with a mmw which is located by only bluetooth.ble

I possess a mindwave mobile 2 and while running the current repository, pybluez cant find the headset. However, if I use bluetooth.ble and scan for bluetooth low energy devices I can find it. Is there any info regarding executing the same steps with the ble?
