Troff conversion words missaligned

I know we can use afterwriting or other programs for pdf exporting, and I happily use it, but I like troff and if is the default option in fountain-mode why not use it? Usually I get pretty good results and no need for other converters, but now I encounter what it seems to me a strange problem.
I attach 3 images, because it's a visual issue:

1. an emacs fountain buffer capture (no problem here)
2. a pdf exported one. Here I've marked in red the two locations where should be a word that is really in the next line
3. a troff output buffer capture, where you can see exactly the same problem

Before posting, I've checked some parameters, specifically fountain-fill-elements, and the dialog value seems right (35).

The fountain-mode Package-Version is 20241106.219.

I know is more difficult to see things in a foreign language, and I'm sorry about that.

Hey, thanks for reporting this. I have an idea of what might be going wrong, but the pagination code is a bit tricky. Can you post the text excerpt?

Here you have. I've repeated one of the dialogues with small variations to see the results, if it's of some help to you.

There's another strange thing. I only mention here and you tell me if I have to open another issue, please. In fact, is the same question that issue #141, but I've been able to reproduce it with emacs -Q, and in fact is somewhat different:

1. there's an existing .pdf when I call C-c C-e t
2. fountain-mode prompts if I want overwrite. I answer yes
3. the buffer that opens up the .pdf contents show the previous one, as if overwriting had failed, but actually the conversion has been done. The same happens if I've closed the .pdf previous buffer. Conversion is right, .pdf showed is wrong.
4. Calling C-c C-e t again solves the issue: now the .pdf showed is the right one

But wait, here's the most weird, weird, weird thing: if I modify the .fountain file and save it, then close and restart emacs and make all the process again, the .pdf showed is the old one! It can not be in memory, so I'm lost.

EDIT: I think I've found the reason of this. When fountain-mode makes the pdf export and then show the result, show the .pdf file, i.e. the file on disk, that is the result of the previous conversion. To put it other way, the new pdf has not written to disk yet, the reading takes place before the writing of the new one. It's only a guess, but makes sense to me.
