Role " name " should not be exceed 64 characters

Describe the bug

1. The create button cannot be clicked when the role name exceeds 64 characters
2. When editing the role name, an error message is displayed for labels.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the role page
2. Click on button create
3. Click on the Create button.
4. Click on the Edit button
   5.Change the role name

Expected behavior

1. When creating a new role with more than 64 characters, a popup should be displayed.
2. When editing the role name,"Label name cannot be longer than 32 characters" should be replaced with "Role name cannot be longer than 64 characters" in the error message.
