When we click on a room and BBB config is not set we should prevent navgiation and show an alert #1009

What is wrong with the current implementation? Please describe.
Currently, when a user clicks on a room where the BigBlueButton (BBB) configuration is not set, the system allows navigation to the room. This can create confusion for users as the room is not functional without the proper BBB configuration.
Describe the solution you'd like
When a user clicks on a room and the BBB configuration is not set, navigation should be prevented. Instead, an alert message should be displayed informing the user that the room cannot be accessed because the BBB configuration is missing.
