Implement JRE testing

JRE testing isn't implemented. We need to implement it, at least those tests:

0070_JRE_only_installation
0071_JRE_registry_version_match
0072_JRE_JAVA_HOME_registry_value_is_correct
0073_JRE_RuntimeLib_registry_value_is_correct
0074_JRE_uninstall_is_working

For all LTS versions: 8, 11, and 17
