Can't render anything with i activated and c below 21

When I try to render anything (i.e. standard config) with i or f and c below 21 activated I get errors when rendering in openSCAD:

I've got the same issue, but it only appears if m is higher 2 and the for m = 3 the file is still usable ;)

Ok, it doesn't work after all, it eliminates the maze inside the third one 🙈

Yeah, inside mazes seem to be broken

Looks like setting wall thickness to 1.4 instead of the default 1.2 generates an inner maze that correctly renders in OpenSCAD. It seems like the spacing between the nubs and the wall is incorrect at 1.2.
