Improve handling of JS docs for alpha releases #11753
Description
When creating alpha release, we apparently do not build corresponding JS documentation, yet we update links in rerun_js/web-viewer/README.md. This causes lychee error, which propagates to the main repo if the alpha release is merged (which is ideally should, as per RELEASE.md).
Also, I noted that one of the link wasn't updated and was rotting since 0.24:
We should improve this such that:
- all versions are updated
- docs for alphas are generated and published
