solver profitability is not accounted for meaningfully #155
Description
Presently, the solver just checks that the fee offered by the user is at least 1 RUSD:
onlyswaps-solver/src/solver.rs
This doesn't account for the configurability required in https://github.com/randa-mu/onlysubs-planning/issues/8 nor the profitability calculation detailed in https://github.com/randa-mu/onlysubs-planning/issues/7
Currently no gas estimates are made; these could be included though might be a huge rabbit hole
