Parallelization of msCentipede

I am wondering if tis possible to parallelise msCentipede.
I am running an analysis of all JASPAR motifs using several differetn ATA-seq samples, and its running so low ( only 20 motifs for one sample in 3 days)

I also think that parallelization would be really good feature!
