Expose web app through GitHub Pages

Context

Today the tool exposes web app and web page, but used locally.
A solution based on GitHub Page can be used to provide the web app.

Description

• Expose the web app on GitHub Pages
• Create a GitHub Actions workflow which will update the web app on GitHub Pages if data have been committed and pushed
• Web app will not use web server or servlet, a JavaScript tool can load JSON files to populate pages
