It seems we could make a last minor here in the 1.x series
Is anyone up for the job?

• Enable GithubActions CI
• Update to allow for 8.0...8.2
• Check open PRs/tickets that should be included
• Check forks that could be useful to integrate

Then well all is well, I can tag the release.
