The page https://github.com/toperkin/staticFormEmails/blob/master/README.md describes how to use a Google Form to collect email addresses embedded in a static page (e.g., processempathy.github.io) but the feature doesn't seem to work in 2024:

Error message is

 Refused to frame 'https://docs.google.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'".

According to a few sites, the browser doesn't support the redirects?
