Support MCP Prompts and Resources

First of all, I really appreciate this shim solution. It has succeeded at being the glue between Shiny, Azure OpenAI, and FastMCP for us admirably.

We have use cases that seem like a good fit for MCP Prompts and Resources. I do not believe the MCPSessionManager supports those aspects of the MCP standard at this time.

Consider this just a casual request to consider supporting those parts of the MCP standard.

In the meantime we can work around this functionality gap modestly well.

Hey @shea-parkes, it'd be great if you wanted to elaborate on those use cases and/or how you like chatlas to interface with prompts and resources.

Resources is probably the easier one. Simplest use case:

We gather health plan coverage documents for many healthcare entities in the US. Those often exist in PDF form. Instead of fighting through aggressively parsing those, it would be nice to be able to natively reference resources in our various agent solutions.

My understanding is that once we have those documents accessible as MCP Resources, we can then do things like:

• Let the end user pick a document to include as context
• Author MCP Tools that let the LLM choose to go lookup a document

We can definitely work around this with more robust return types of tools today. It would just be nice to use the MCP-native constructs for this use case.
