--pony installation directory option requires a trailing slash #3
Description
--pony build/debug/ponydoc build mkdocs ~/code/seantallen/lori/lori/ --output docs --pony /home/sean/.local/share/ponyup/ponyc-release-0.39.0-x86_64-linux-gnu/bin/ will work but
build/debug/ponydoc build mkdocs ~/code/seantallen/lori/lori/ --output docs --pony /home/sean/.local/share/ponyup/ponyc-release-0.39.0-x86_64-linux-gnu/bin won't.
For usability (assuming we make people give the bin directory rather than something else, it would be nice to fix it up the handling some so that a trailing slash doesn't impact success.
