Implement Generator.map and .flatMap #8
Description
the code is already there, but the ponyc compiler is not ready.
I created an issue for this: ponylang/ponyc#1921 which would be solved with ponylang/ponyc#1888 but this issue is blocked by ponylang/ponyc#1887 and so are we.
