Parameter optimization picks values outside specified range

When optimizing a parameter, the optimizer picks values outside the specified range.

GSYM definition:

GSYM distance := [0.03...0.07]

I can observe the following output:

Genotype is <|distance: 0.0167|>

Hi,

i looked at it and it seems that on Genotype generation the value stays in bounds.

However when evolving an Antenna through mutation it might leave the bounds.

I wouldn't consider it a bug, as it gives rise to more optimal antennas.

Therefore i am thinking of introducing a cli switch to make each behavior selectable.
