There are no proprietary libraries used by this app.

As regards to F-Droid I am not versed on it. I cannot speak for the owners.

The app contains prebuilt libraries: https://github.com/po-devs/android-client/tree/master/libs
We don't allow that ; they must be built from source or pulled from a trusted repository like Maven Central or jCenter.
