CMake Warning

CMake Warning:
  Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:

    HASH_MAP
```

It seems the flag HASH_MAP is not used anymore ?
But it is still in the documentation. 

Also documentation mentions directory `ipk`after clonning whil it is `IPK`.
