Build warnings

As related on php/doc-base#233, there are some warnings on doc-ru building. These warnings may be erasing parts of translation.

It's possible to use:

• php doc-base/scripts/translation/qaxml-entities.php --urgent
• php doc-base/scripts/translation/qaxml-attributes.php --urgent

to narrow down the problematic files.

The other scripts in doc-base/scripts/translation can also help with other structural quality issues.
