IOS Builidng issue

in phone gap build i keep rcving error:

Error - The following 3rd-party plugin is causing the build to fail and may need to be updated to a newer version: com.phonegap.plugins.PushPlugin

can this be solved ?

i am importing the plugin in my config xml file like below:

in android it working just fine. But IOS is not able to build.
and i am using, phone gab version 6.5 , even tried 6 .
but downgrading to cli-5.2 is not supported in phonegab build.
