addTask does not close on accept or cancel

Adding a task bring the window but the window does not close on accept or cancel
The modal grey shade disappear but the window stays forever.

addTask

(TODOTaskPresenter newApplication: self application) 
	task: TODOTask new;
	openModalWithSpec.

Apparently this is due to a bug in SpMorphicModalWindowAdapter >> close
