Add at-rest encryption for backups using Percona XtraBackup (PXB) native encryption. Backups remain xtrabackup → xbcloud (no change to pipeline shape), encryption is applied during the backup stream and decryption during restore. Keys are supplied via Kubernetes Secrets (and optionally Vault later).
