• Added --fsa-scope-none option
  to suppress restore errors when restoring files with attributes not supported by the file system restored to. Prove it with test-fsa-none.sh test case.

• Added test cases to prove par2 repair capability
  repair successful, when file damage is under 5%

• par2 less verbose while creating it's files

• test case counting restored files now specific for FULL, DIFF and INC

• documentation improvements
