reCaptcha v3 #4

Hi,
How does reCaptcha v3 work with this plugin?
According to Google documentation, v3 only returns a score based on some background javascript checks without any user interaction - it does not return success or failure and site owner should decide on action based on the score.
After checking code of rcguard, I can't see anywhere any action (allow/block login) based on the returned score. Is there any default score value which the plugin uses as a threshold for failure?
