nohup unable to start riemann

crate.nohup does not allow :enable to be called as an action:

riemann-crate, when asked to use nohup, tries to use :enable:
https://github.com/pallet/riemann-crate/blob/develop/src/pallet/crate/riemann.clj#L209

This causes the tests to fail (or at least the servers from starting riemann up, which causes errors during the live testing).
