Simplify platform labels

I still would like to see a change how we present the platform buttons/labels. Rationale: 99% of packages are cross-platform; and if not, it is easier to grasp: this package does not run on Windows. Examples always compared to status-quo:

However, the styling of the strike through / cross out is not as simple as I would have thought.

Some thoughts:

I like the idea of negative platform support, but not as much the graphic. Is the diagonal strike through like those "Now leaving town of ____" signs that I see in Geoguessr? Americans don't have that, although we could still get used to it in PCR.

I would have preferred normal text strikethrough (<del>), but it makes text harder to read. Adding icons to other tags has made a 🚫 or ⛔️ prefix in the tag less noticeable. (Same for !, though that might already have been hard to understand for people who aren't used to ! as logical negation)

Interesting, that's true of course. However, that's not what is meant here in this case. This is just a really old package that still considered 32bit OS-es to be a thing people might use. I doubt any package ever submitted to PC considered running on ARM.

Question though. Not meant as commentary, but something we have to figure out. What does clicking "not-windows" do? Will it, like all other buttons, show more packages like that (ie. that won't run on Windows)? That doesn't sound super useful... I think what users want, functionally, is to be able to say "I need things that will run on my machine". Would it be weird if clicking "not-windows" shows you packages that will run on Windows? Maybe that can be handled in a tooltip ("click to show stuff that will run on windows).

Yeah. Better visuals. Right now the button click seem redundant: you're looking at a package that runs on linux and then you click on "linux" to see more package that run on linux. Indeed, clicking on "not Windows" shows packages that actually run on windows. There is a user-story for this of course: you show a git package that does not run on WIndows, and then you click on that button and you get a package that runs on Windows. A working alternative. But of course, we can't really (yet) fulfill this story.

If we say these needn't be clickable, we also have the statement style: Only for Linux/Mac. Without much styling.

Oh, that could also definitely work, I like that idea. Make it stand out less too, which is good: we give too much importance to it right now.
